From creating new characters, costumes, weapons, and props to refining existing models and modifying their specifications,
I provide solutions tailored to your intended use and project requirements.
● All models created can be used commercially by both individual and corporate clients.
● In addition to full character models, I also take on partial modeling projects, including heads, base bodies, and costumes.

Services
■ 3D Modeling
キャラクター、衣装、アクセサリー・武器・プロップなどの3Dモデル制作。
数百ポリゴンの軽量なローポリモデルから、数万ポリゴンの高精細なモデルまで、用途に合わせたモデリングをいたします。
I create 3D models of characters, costumes, accessories, weapons, props, and more.
From lightweight low-poly models with just a few hundred polygons to highly detailed models with tens of thousands of polygons,
I tailor my modeling approach to the intended use of each project.
■ VRoid Creation
VRoid Studioを使用した、キャラクターや衣装、髪型などの制作。
VRoidだけでは作成が難しい追加パーツや小物を3Dソフトウェアで作成、アタッチした「VRoid+αモデル」の制作も承ります。
I create characters, costumes, hairstyles, and more using VRoid Studio.
I also offer custom **VRoid+α Models**, featuring additional parts and accessories that are difficult to create with VRoid Studio alone.
These parts are created in 3D software and attached to the VRoid model.
■ Model Refinement
既存の3Dモデルを、デザイン画や設定資料により近づけるためのブラッシュアップ。
形状やテクスチャの改善、ポリゴン数の最適化、LOD制作、仕様変更など、モデルの見た目だけでなくデータ構造のクリーンアップにも対応しています。
I refine existing 3D models to bring them closer to the original concept art and design references.
Services include improvements to geometry and textures, polygon count optimization, LOD creation, and specification changes.
I also handle data structure cleanup, not just visual refinements.
Request ＆ Production Process
1. お問合せ・ご相談
やりたいこと・ご予算・ご質問等簡単で構いませんのでContactフォームまたは各種SNSよりお気軽にご連絡ください。
2. 詳細・仕様確認
メールやメッセンジャー等を使用し、以下に関してヒアリングを行います。
● 納期
● ご予算・費用
● 制作物の内容（デザインの詳細等）・用途・仕様
● チェックの頻度
● 納品データのフォーマット
● 制作実績の公開可否・公開方法
内容がまとまりましたら、お見積書を発行いたします。
必要に応じて、発注書もこちらでご用意いたします。
既定の契約書・発注書等をお持ちの場合は、この時点でご共有ください。
ご承諾いただけましたら、正式に受注となります。
3. デザインの作成・確認
● デザイン持ち込み
○三面図、または正面・背面のデザイン資料がある場合 - 内容を確認後、モデル制作に入ります。
○正面のデザイン資料のみの場合 - 背面デザインのラフを作成し、ご確認いただいた後、モデル制作に入ります。
※背面の複雑なデザインをご希望の場合、別途料金が発生します。
● デザインから作成
3Dモデルのテイストが分かる参考画像や写真、身長や性格などの設定資料、
”こんな感じにしたい”というモデルの完成形のイメージやメモをご用意ください。
資料が多いほど、ご希望に沿ったデザインを作成しやすくなります。
デザインをご確認・決定いただいた後、モデル制作に進みます。
4. モデル制作
確定したデザイン・仕様に沿ってモデルを制作します。
必要に応じて、制作途中のデータを提出し、ご確認いただきます。
5. チェック・修正
完成したモデルを画像や実際のデータでご確認いただき、気になる部分を修正・調整いたします。
修正の回数・対応範囲は、トラブル回避のためご依頼時に予めご相談させていただきます。
6. 納品・動作確認
ご依頼時に定めた納品データフォーマットに従い、データをお渡しいたします。
納品後、動作の確認を行っていただき、問題がないことをご確認ください。
納品後の不具合修正については、ご依頼時に対応範囲や条件を定めます。
7. お支払い
納品書兼請求書を発行いたします。
期日までに銀行振込またはPayPalにてお支払いください。
その他のお支払い方法をご希望の場合はご相談ください。
お支払いの確認をもって、お取引完了となります。
※法人の業務委託については、個別の契約条件に従います。
1. Inquiries ＆ Consultations
Please feel free to contact me through the Contact Form or via social media with a brief description of your project, your budget, or any questions you may have.
2. Project Details & Specifications
I will discuss the following details with you via email or messaging services:
● Project timeline and deadline
● Budget and estimated costs
● Project details (including design requirements), intended use, and specifications
● Frequency of progress reviews
● Required delivery file formats
● Permission to showcase the work in my portfolio and preferred presentation method
Once the project details have been finalized, I will provide a quotation.
If necessary, I can also prepare a Purchase Order for your approval. If you have your own contract or purchase order documents, please provide them at this stage.
Once you approve the project details and quotation, the commission will be officially confirmed.
3. Design Creation & Approval
● Bring your own concept design
○Three-view drawings, or both front and back views: After reviewing the materials, I will proceed with 3D modeling.
○Front view only: I will create a rough design for the back view and submit it for your approval before proceeding with 3D modeling.
* Additional fees may apply if the back design involves complex details.
● Creating from concept design
Please provide reference images or photos showing the desired visual style, character details such as..
'height and personality, and any notes or ideas that help communicate your vision of the finished model, etc.'
The more reference materials you can provide, the easier it will be for me to create a design that matches your expectations.
Once the design has been reviewed and approved, I will proceed with 3D modeling.
4. 3D Modeling & Production
I will create the model based on the approved design and specifications.
If necessary, I can provide work-in-progress files for review during production.
5. Review & Revisions
Once the model is complete, I will provide screenshots or the actual data for your review.
I will then make adjustments and revisions based on your feedback.
To avoid any misunderstandings, the number of revisions and the scope of revisions will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of commissioning.
6. Delivery & Functionality Check
The completed files will be delivered in the format agreed upon at the time of commissioning.
After delivery, please check the files in your intended environment to confirm that everything works as expected.
Any post-delivery fixes for technical issues or defects will be subject to the scope and conditions agreed upon at the time of commissioning.
7. Payment
I will issue a delivery note and invoice.
Please make payment by bank transfer or PayPal by the specified due date.
If you prefer another payment method, please feel free to contact me.
The transaction will be considered complete once payment has been received.
*For corporate outsourcing projects, payment terms will be governed by the individual contract.
